Trademarks and designs

At WAKIVAKY, many ideas and designs have been created during development and testing. Perspective outputs represent intellectual property and therefore we try to protect them and maintain them within our business. We implement protection mainly through the EUIPO European office https://euipo.europa.eu/

For pictorial trademarks, we apply registration in black and white and in multiple color combination. For text trademarks, we apply registrations in black and white and in multiple color combination without restriction on the font used, i.e. text font. The individual classes for which we apply protection are explained in the attached document.

For the registration of the WAKIVAKY and HACHAI trademarks, we received support from the SME Fund Grant Programme.
